Who writes this

fadepedia is produced by a small editorial team that follows barbering communities closely: r/Barber, pro barber forums, and the back-and-forth that happens in shop culture about which clippers actually hold up. We are writers and researchers, not a brand mouthpiece, and we are deliberately upfront about that. We paraphrase and synthesize what real barbers say. We do not pretend to be barbers ourselves, and we do not invent first-person stories we did not live.

How we research a ranking

Our goal on every page is information gain: telling you something the manufacturer's spec sheet will not. Here is the process behind a ranking like Best Barber Clippers:

• We start from real discussions, not press releases. We scan a large number of r/Barber and pro-community threads on best clipper, best cordless, and best trimmer, looking for the same tools coming up again and again across different barbers.
